Layout:
For the layout, we chose to use three columns instead of the default two columns. The reason for this choice was because we wanted to split the functionality of gadgets between the navigational and extra services.For example, 'Blog Archive' would be navigational, therefore displayed on the left and 'Followers' would be an extra service there displayed on the right.
Another reason for this choice is because we wanted to create a more relaxed and spacious feel of our blogs.
Colours:
After some research we found that other blogs similar to ours usually use pink. So we initially wanted to go for a pinkish theme. However we wanted to be different to attract followers, so we experimented with different colors and we decided to change our blog to a purple theme.
Backgrounds:
We played with some templates that came with blogger and decided on a simple striped background. There wasn't much choice regarding the background as pictures would become too complicated and solid colors would be too boring therefore we went for a colored background with a simple pattern.
Logo:
We have a logo sketched, however we aren't sure what means we would use for a digital version. Given the time frame its highly unlikely we will use a logo or make further improvements to the logo.Tags:
The tags for this blog we decided on are celebrity, gossip, news, affairs, recent, dirt but more maybe added in future.
